Many (though not all) boot styles from Timberland from this same season were extemely narrow, including Stratham Heights Ankle Boot. I've never needed a Wide in my life until now, for these Timberland styles, even after going up a full size.

I got these in both black and brown because they were on a good sale, and I like their classic styling and good construction, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get much use for them because they are uncomfortably narrow.

All of the Apleys as well as the Bethel Mid-calf Lace-ups from this same season were far too narrow and had to go back. (I eventually found a pair of Bethels from 6pm.com in Wide but the construction was very poor so three out of four of those pair went back as well.) I love Timberland styles and their excellent customer service, but have been very disappointed in their quality control.
